Day 6: Mar 26, 2025
TRAVEL: Arenal – Monteverde
Hard to believe it took 4 hours to make the 112 km trip. Very narrow roads, tight corners and lots of climbs, plus a steam roller trying to work. The good thing was the sun finally came out. we did see some Coatis on the side of the road.
Our new hotel is just as lovely as the last one. Perched up a hill above the trees, you can see the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.
Tomorrow is a full day of zip lining, trams and bridges through the rain forest.
