Similar to the first two days in Porto we set out to walk up and down the hills of Porto, but in a new direction. Starting at the Jardin do Palacio de Cristal with more great views of the Douro River and their own in house stable of roosters. Eventually our walk wound its way down to the walkway along the river and back to a favourite spot beside the Pont Dome Luís I.
After a brief rest back at the hotel, we ventured out again where Diane found a new hiking hat and we travelled a number of the streets that looked like they house stores and residences aimed at the locals.
